HB 48- TEMP STATE EMPLOYEES IN PART EXEMPT SVCE 3:20:00 PM CO-CHAIR WOOL announced that the first order of business would be HOUSE BILL NO. 48, "An Act removing from the exempt service of the state persons who are employed in a professional capacity to make a temporary or special inquiry, study, or examination as authorized by the governor and including those persons in the partially exempt service of the state." [HB 48 was moved from committee on 3/20/19.] 3:20:30 PM CO-CHAIR LEDOUX made a motion to rescind the committee's action on 3/20/19 in reporting HB 48 from committee. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 3:20:55 PM CO-CHAIR LEDOUX moved to report HB 48 out of committee with individual recommendations and the accompanying fiscal notes. There being no objection, HB 48 was reported out of the House Labor and Commerce Standing Committee.
